jitacce Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jitacce platform, including all casino games, sports betting products, account services, promotions, and payment facilities. By registering an account or using any part of the jitacce platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
Important Notice: Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using jitacce. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jitacce. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. jitacce reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all persons who access, register with, or use the jitacce platform ("the Platform"), including its website, mobile-optimised interface, casino games, sports betting products, live dealer services, loyalty programme, payment system, and customer support services (collectively "the Services").
By creating an account on jitacce or by using any part of the Services, you ("the User") confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
jitacce reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jitacce operates.
jitacce may provide the Services through one or more legal entities. References to "jitacce", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer collectively to the platform operator and its affiliated entities responsible for delivering the Services to users in Bangladesh.
Definitions used in these Terms: "Platform" means the jitacce website and all associated services. "User" or "you" means any registered account holder. "Account" means the personal account created by a User on the Platform. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded under the terms of a specific promotion. "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User from their own payment accounts.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms that apply to individual bonuses or campaigns. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence only in respect of that promotion.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Strictly Enforced: jitacce provides real-money gambling services. Access to the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. jitacce employs age verification procedures and will close any account found to belong to a person under 18, with immediate effect and without liability for any resulting inconvenience.
To be eligible to register an account and use the Services on jitacce, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual, not as a representative of a corporate entity, unless separately agreed in writing with jitacce.

- Your account must not have been previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded by jitacce for any violation of these Terms.
jitacce reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the registration process or the lifetime of your account. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Until age and identity verification is satisfactorily completed, jitacce may place restrictions on your account, including limiting withdrawals or access to certain features.
jitacce takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and employs a range of technical and procedural measures to detect and prevent access by minors. If you are aware of any minor attempting to access jitacce, please contact our support team immediately at support@jitacce.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. jitacce is not responsible for minors accessing the Platform through accounts registered to adults where the adult has failed to secure their login credentials.

Account Registration & KYC
To access the full range of Services on jitacce, including real-money casino games, sports betting, and financial transactions, you are required to create a registered account. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
jitacce is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts as part of its commitment to security, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and responsible gaming. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point during the lifetime of your account.
KYC documents typically required by jitacce include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot or confirmation of bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay account ownership).
Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, jitacce reserves the right to restrict withdrawal access, limit deposit amounts, and suspend promotional eligibility. jitacce will not be liable for any delays in processing withdrawals that result from a User's failure to provide the required KYC documentation in a timely manner.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jitacce login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access your account. Any activity carried out through your account — whether or not authorised by you — will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will bear full responsibility for such activity.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jitacce support immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but we cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

jitacce uses industry-standard TLS encryption to protect all personal data submitted during registration and KYC. Your documents are handled securely and are not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or our licensed payment processors.
Deposits & Withdrawals
jitacce supports a range of local and international payment methods designed to serve players across Bangladesh. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits to your jitacce account must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, jitacce reserves the right to void the deposit, suspend the account, and return the funds to the originating payment account after deducting any applicable processing fees.

jitacce operates a return-to-source withdrawal policy. This means that withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Any net winnings above the deposited amount may be withdrawn via any verified payment method registered on your account.
jitacce does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your mobile wallet operator or bank) may apply their own transaction fees, over which jitacce has no control. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
In cases where jitacce suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms in connection with a deposit or withdrawal, jitacce reserves the right to delay, freeze, or refuse the transaction pending investigation. jitacce will not be liable for any losses arising from such a delay where the delay is justified by reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing.
Bonuses & Promotions
jitacce offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin campaigns, and loyalty-based rewards through the jitacce Loyalty Program. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the promotion is offered. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms specific to that promotion.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. jitacce reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a User has attempted to exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible users only. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, each bonus is available once per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment account. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and is a serious violation of these Terms. jitacce monitors bonus claims and reserves the right to withdraw bonuses and close accounts where abuse is detected.
Expiry of Bonus Funds
All Bonus Funds are subject to an expiry period as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds not used or wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically. jitacce will not reinstate expired Bonus Funds except in cases of documented platform error.
jitacce reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to promotion terms will be communicated via the Platform. It is the User's responsibility to review current promotion terms before claiming any offer.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered User of jitacce, you agree to use the Platform in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action where applicable.
You further agree that you will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the jitacce Platform, including its games, betting engines, payment systems, or security mechanisms. Any attempt to do so will be reported to the relevant authorities.
You agree not to use the Platform to transmit any unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content through any communication channel provided by jitacce, including customer support chat. jitacce reserves the right to terminate support interactions and take account action against Users who engage in abusive conduct toward our staff.
Account Suspension & Closure
jitacce reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- The User is engaged in or suspected of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or collusion.
- The User is under 18 years of age.
- The User's account has been accessed from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- The account is inactive (no login activity for 12 or more consecutive months).
- A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the User or a responsible gaming authority.
In the event of an account closure due to a violation of these Terms, jitacce reserves the right to void all pending bonuses, cancel unsettled bets, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the verified real money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your jitacce account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing your account, we encourage you to withdraw any remaining real money balance. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn upon voluntary account closure and will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jitacce will attempt to notify the User by email prior to any action on a dormant account. If the account remains inactive after notification, jitacce may apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the User reactivates their account.
Self-Exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from jitacce for responsible gaming reasons, please contact our support team immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitacce and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.
jitacce makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability and to notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance, but we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Services.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data corruption that affects game outcomes or account balances, jitacce reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their state immediately prior to the error. jitacce will not honour winnings that result from a documented system malfunction or technical error.
Nothing in these Terms limits jitacce's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
